How can I quickly pull together a creamy casserole with a satisfying crunch? Betty Crocker’s answer: Zippy Beef Casserole.

This easy casserole comes together in a zip with ground beef, noodles and cream of mushroom soup as the main ingredients. Ketchup and bell pepper give this dish a zippy tangy taste too! To dress up this casserole we added a ring of crushed potato chips around the edge of the dish, which gives a satisfying salty crunch when paired with the creamy noodles.
