Zero Protocol is a first person shooter and a survival horror game that was developed and self-published by R_Games. It is basically a very stripped-back System Shock. It's honestly a bit too simple, as there are only two weapons in the game, the combat is very basic, and every level boils down to a scavenger hunt for things like keycards and clues to pass the many puzzles and locked doors in the game. However, I'd be lying if I said that I didn't enjoy it. It had the potential to be much more, but for what it is, it is pretty fun - it's also short, which keeps the repetitive nature of the gameplay from getting too irksome. I also found the atmosphere and art style to be very appealing.
