Here's my quicktake on the Zenmuse H4-3D Gimbal: If you're starting from scratch, then it may be worth paying the extra $20 to purchase a gimbal that is properly balanced for the GoPro Hero4 Black. But if you already own a Zenmuse H3-3D and are using it with your Hero4, it's probably not worth it to 'upgrade'. Also, if you're someone who likes to customize your rig, the H3-3D is your better bet.
