When venturing on mid-winter alpine excursions or summer missions, the all-purpose, all-season, Zenith Hood is the essential hunting mid-layer top.
We built the Zenith to transfer moisture when on the move and insulate when glassing in winter. It works seamlessly under outer-layers or will perform on its own if a jacket isn’t suitable.
The sculpted hood is slimline to wear in conjunction with your jacket hood, providing extra insulation and protects against wind and sun when worn as a standalone hood.
This mid-layer plays an essential role in a 3 layer system where temperature regulation and expelling sweat takes place. Recycled, recyclable RPET 280gm fleece made with 53 plastic bottles, delivers core insulation and reduces the amount of waste ending up in the landfill.
A body-mapped design taylors the Zenith to each unique part of your body, optimising moisture-wicking, stretch, and insulation where you need it most.
A 205gm GRIDstretch fleece is placed in the underarms to maximize the range of movement without dragging the core section along with it. The thinner 4-way stretch fleece expels more moisture in a high sweat zone while being insulative on the cool down.
When an outer layer isn’t needed, two lower zippered pockets provide extra storage and quick access to essentials.
Pull down the 1/2 front zipper for easy temperature regulation as you warm up when climbing steep slopes.
