We have collected every single Poe Soul across Hyrule, and after collecting all 60 we return to Jovani and free him from his curse. We are rewarded with a Silver Rupee (200), and can return to Jovani's House and talk to his cat Gengle for more Silver Rupees as many times as we want.
Checking on Jovani himself, we can go to Telma's Bar and find him lamenting his fate. The girlfriend he was so desperate to get back to had moved on, dumped him, and was seeing another man
