Well, we definitely hit the sub 1:30:00 goal. Thanks to a massive routing overhaul that now skips every B-wheel item, we can complete the game a few minutes faster than before. Some notable sequences:
Doing all of Faron Woods during Back in Time: 21:15 - 24:31
Skipping the Beetle requirement in Earth Temple: 41:00
Scaldera without Bombs: 46:55

A very nice improvement over my previous PB and a new WR by about 8 minutes. This run can definitely be improved, but I think Ill be done for now and begin to pursue improvement in my times on the original Wind Waker.
