Histone 2A -mRFP labelled Drosophila Embryos, 30 sec intervals over 11 hours. Light-sheet-based imaging of Drosophila embryonic development with ZEISS Lightsheet Z.1. The complete data set consists of 595 gigabytes of image data. The video shows maximum-intensity projections of the ventral half of the embryo, based on the background-corrected three-dimensional image stacks.
