Choose the most appropriate exposure using Sony's Zebra feature. Photographers shooting in the Raw file format have a little highlight recovery headroom, so the optimum level for being warned of overexposed highlights (that cannot be recovered in Raw editing software) is to create a Custom level with the appropriate settings. In this video tutorial I show the custom settings to use to ensure you never over-expose your highlights.
