Many old vintage Zebcos have a rotten line brake on the spinner cone. This reel was gummed up so bad, nothing would turn. The line brake was rotten. Complete repair to get it back into operation.

I use a rubber grommet from Ace Hardware this is a 1 3/16 inch.
