Been a lot of reports of bad quality coming from ZCI (since late 2022), mostly BB residue buildup, I've been checking each barrel however on couple found small bit's of metal protruding from the inner surface, this one actually cracked my bore-scope mirror.
I suspect the BB residue build up is down to a decrease in the polishing, I've noticed there's more of cross-hatch pattern from the drilling/lathe on recent inner barrels.
In 2023 I made the decision to get my own barrels made. A few manufacturing issues to iron out but getting there.
