This is a PMV based on the past of Zayd, the son of a more well-known character of mine, Zalt. He is the only surviving pup in his litter and he is loved by his parents. He grows up a strong and tough wolf like his father but something goes horribly wrong. A rival pack, bent on taking over the territory as well as kill Zalt - the so-called ‘devil wolf’ - wind up causing fatal injuries to Zalt. In his last moments. Zalt passes his demonic powers to Zayd hoping he’d use them for good. It winds up terribly wrong as the bloodlust from the demonic power begins to wear Zayd’s will, until it breaks and he gives in to it’s influence. In his berserk state, he slaughters his whole pack. Miyumi arrives to find everyone dead and Zayd standing in a pool of blood, a wide, evil grin on his face. Zayd doesn’t recognise his mother and attacks her. He inflicts serious wounds on her and Zayd snaps back to reality, wondering what he’s done. He tries desperately to save his mother but she ends up dying, but not without telling Zayd that nothing he did was his fault. The end scene is Zayd looking away from the amassed piles of bodies and about to leave the territory forever.
