Youโll loosen your neck, shoulder, chest, and upper back with gentle, deep stretches and spinal flows then finish with an eye yoga technique for relieving eye strain.

To deeply relax into our final savasana we used a breathing technique called the Physiological Sigh. It is a tool you can use to instantly turn on your parasympathetic nervous system and most people can feel a wave of relaxation within 20 seconds of practicing the sigh 3 times, like how we do it in savasana.
