JFK Library Foundation Board of Directors member Yvonne Garcia addresses new citizens during a naturalization ceremony at the JFK Presidential Library on March 6, 2024.
Garcia is the Chief of Staff to State Street Chairman and CEO Ron O’Hanley. She also serves as the CEO for State Street’s Experience Program and Global Head of Internal Communications. Garcia is an active leader of local and national communities. She served as the Chairman for the largest Latino Professional Organization (ALFA) and is currently chair of its National Corporate Advisory Board. Most recently, Garcia served as the executive director of Small Business Strong, a program aimed at providing pro bono support to more than 3,500 Massachusetts women and minority-owned small businesses. Garcia also co-founded “Milagros para Niños,” an initiative at Boston Children’s Hospital that has raised more than $10 million for Hispanic children who cannot afford medical care.
