Back for more aren't we? Well looks like we're back at it yet again. But this title is a big one so let's get it out of the way you know. Welcome to Episode 6 of my Nintendon't series. Today we focus on Yuuna & The Haunted Hot Springs: The Thrilling Steamy Maze Kiwami.
If you're wondering, this game is also on PlayStation 5 and Steam. I'm doing it on the Nintendo Switch because this game deserved to be released. But for whatever reason, it never happened. I wish I knew why though.
Basically, you play the role of Yuuna Yunohana, a ghost that is bound to the Yuragi Inn. When Kogarashi Fuyuzora and his compatriots find a strange collection known as the Dreamy Miniature Garden, Kogarashi ends up getting sucked in along with Yuuna, Sagiri and a few others. Now Yuuna along with Sagiri and the others must venture through dungeons in order to find Kogarashi and get him out.
This game is a rogue-lite that shares some elements from Mystery Dungeon. You move about, attack and reach the end. Simple. But inbetween, you have access to a plethora of different areas such as a shop, synthesis and even a bath. Or rather, it's a mini game where you must rid evil demons as Yuuna or a different characters has a relaxing bath. Lewd but it's my kind of thing. In the end, you can level them up and use bathwater (yes, seriously) to synthesize items.
This game is pretty fun but has plenty of fanservice. Switch or Steam is the best choice. Don't know about PS5 as I hear it could be censored.
