I don't think this is part of their daily news broadcast...

In the past, I've made a short YTP of Testificate News (basically Element Animation's one-time spinoff of their Villager News videos) in the far distant year of 2014, which was meant for some collab that's themed around Ambience. Obviously the entry was rejected because it didn't follow the collab's rules on being ambient-focused. I removed the video once I found out it wasn't accepted, but I unfortunately forgot to download the short YTP for future preservation, so the YTP is lost to time.

So now, 10 years later, I decided to do a YouTube Poop of the source again entirely from scratch, and this is the end result.
