Spills, thrills and ego driven machinery, Sodor has it all.
So I've reached the 9 year mark, feels like forever ago I posted a 46 second sonic boom ytp in the midst of my junior cert. And as you can see this marks my 100th ytp. Technically not *the* 100th I've created as there were some old ones from 2016 that are gone or unmade, (plus if you count each segment in the multisource ytps as separate parts that bounces it close to 110) but watching this via the complete saga playlist this is canonically the 100th. And even then I had relist one video so the milestone would align with the June 6th release.
I chose to do Thomas again since it's still a fun source and a good opportunity to do more Angelis episodes with how Ringo heavy the past two were (there's a tiny bit of Baldwin at the end also). Plus this year marks the 80th anniversary of the original railway series books so it's fitting. And the episodes used (except the last) were ones I remember watching on tape when I was young.
Also rest in peace Britt Allcroft, you really had a great vision in adapting this series for many generations to enjoy. It's something that had a big impact on my childhood, and through a series of coincidences It found its way to becoming a regular source on my channel many years later. I wouldn't have discovered certain youtubers if it weren't for the extensive use in meme and remix form.
