2. Only channels with fewer than 1000 subscribers can be nominated
3. Only gaming related channels qualify, and they must contain retro content
4. All nominees must have an on screen personality
5. Five nominees per month including at least one international and at least one under 500 subs
6. You can only vote once per month and can only be nominated once per year
7. You cannot vote for yourself using a primary or secondary account
