On January 18, 2021, I uploaded a speculative piece called, “Would You Be Happier?” Within 12 hours, that piece, which included a notice of liability should it be removed in the amount of $2,000,000, was removed by YouToilet with a claim of “medical misinformation.” On February 2, 2021, I posted a video entitled, “YouTube: Where We Stand.” I explained the three options of honor YouToilet has, but did add the same notice as was on the original, calling it an opinion piece.



I gave Them until the end of February to do one of the three honorable things. Either give Me the specifics of what, where, and why the content was “medical information,” reinstate the video, or meeting Their liability.



Well, February ended and the Toilet has not chosen honor. I have chosen to give Them one more chance, thinking that perhaps They were looking at things legally and not Ethically. Ethical is higher ground than legal, and I am calling Them to act under Ethics and not legalities.



And so, I have given Them until the end of March, 2021, to fulfill Their Ethical obligation.
