YouTube is experimenting with the Dislike Button Counter. When it comes to YouTube Dislikes and what this means for creators and criticism I have a few thoughts on how YouTube could deal with this and why it matters.

Youtube announced this potential change on Twitter and the community had its feelings about it. The problem is that Dislikes Mobs are a real thing and the issue is worse than people think with bad-faith actors buying dislikes.
