YouTube is coming out with a new editing software called "YouTube Creates." If you have an Android this is already available. But us apple users have to wait until January. (Boo.) But, this is a mobile editing suite that is completely free and includes YouTube's entire royalty-free music library and editing features for horizontal (long-form) content or vertical (shorts) content.
