Free speech advocate and Youtube comedian Owen Benjamin filed a false DMCA claim against a critic of his, Nightwave (Mersh) because he didn't like what he had to say. Unbearables (OB fans) claim Mersh is obsessed, as if that changes things at all. Being A-logged is not a good excuse for misusing the DMCA system.
