But in today's judicial system this is often not the case for the less privileged. In this documentary we will be discussing this topic. What is bail? How does bail affect the less privileged and benefit the wealthy. Also we will be discussing the different ideas and propositions that have been made about changing the bail system such as algorithms as well as referring to the origins/ history of bail.
