So the first step to improving your confidence is to realise that YOU, are not shy, you've just been practicing shy behaviors for so long that you identify as shy now. So in this video I'll help you identify exactly what are the shy behaviors and the confident behaviors so you can start to make a shift in the way you communicate and come across to others!
