I know you don’t get stressed on purpose, but you might be making a bigger problem out of art block if you keep punishing yourself.

✅ Art blocks are a signal from your body that something isn’t going well within yourself
Maybe you’ve fallen out of love of your current art style. Maybe your job/studies are your priority now. Maybe you’re physically exhausted from a cold or going through a difficult family situation.
The solution?
Make some art experiments, start a new hobby, go out, watch movies, do something fun to break your mind out of that destructive cycle you’re in.
