Here's another feel-good story from my time working as a tech -- I once had a (different) customer who appeared to be in her 60s or so who, upon seeing me, became very excited and said, "THIS is what I fought for!" (meaning the ability of women to work in a field like appliance repair). Those are the customers I will remember FOREVER. 🥹 Thank you all so much for constantly reminding me why I do what I do!
