I've been using it with my M4 Pro Mac Mini for two weeks and it's been rock solid with my external home folder on my SSD. It's 1 meter in lenght cable and super pliable. I recommend it in general but if your running your external home folder on on a thunderbolt 4 or 5 drive this cable is a winner zero disconects with my setup.
