We can watch all the videos we want on “habits that changed my life”, healthy habits you want to instill, habits for success, even productivity habits and self-care habits...but until you get THIS ONE THING, you’ll keep beating the same “Change Is Hard” drum until you eventually give up because you think there’s something wrong with YOU.

THERE’S NOTHING WRONG WITH YOU.

Change IS hard. Because all change means breaking the hardest habits of all - mindset habits.

Yes, your thoughts and emotions are just mind habits. And if you’re not used to a growth mindset, you’re not only changing thought habits, you’re trying to breakthrough habits around change itself. It’s like a double whammy of hard work.

So in this video, I’m not just talking about “habits that will change your life” or even the mindset habits that changed MY life.

Instead, I want to share the one MINDSET SHIFT that allowed me to FINALLY make those habits stick. Of all the self-help books, and self-care tips, and self-love habits...of all the videos on mindfulness, and mental wellness, of all the podcasts on productivity or self-love or all the other things I thought I needed to learn but couldn’t figure out HOW, this concept of the Oregon Trail is the thing that stuck with me.

THIS concept is how I’ve changed my life. It’s how I mastered my self-care and built successful habits around my work. It’s how I created a meditation or mindfulness practice. It’s how I finally broke the one habit I had actually mastered - the habit of not sticking with it.
