Have you had a chance to look underneath your Mac Studio lately? Well I did, and it was dusty AF. I couldn't believe how much dust there was. But then I thought about it... I did buy it in spring of 2022, and it's been sucking in air to keep it cool for 3 years. It's gonna get dusty. Why is that a problem? Well, if you don't have good airflow through your Mac Studio it can get hot, and heat is the enemy of ultrafast computing. If your Mac Studio gets too hot it may throttle performance in order to keep the Apple Silicon cool. The last thing you need when you're choppin' some serious broccoli is Mac that's throttling performance. So let's fix it and use some helpful tools to get things running optimally again...
