Sticky/pinchy hip flexion (bending of the hip) is a common issue. Many people think this is caused by tight hip flexors that need to be stretch, but with this issue in particular the hip flexors are typically weak and the joint can't move fluidly into flexion. Experimenting with what I show you in today's video often times really helps increase hip flexion mobility so stack these two drills together and let me know how they go for you!
