Your gluteus medius does more than you think.

This muscle plays a big role in keeping your pelvis stable and supporting smooth movement through your SI joint and lower back. When it’s not doing its job well, things like walking, standing, and single-leg movements can feel less controlled and put extra load through the hips and spine.

That’s why glute med work is a key part of both rehab and performance training. 💪

It’s also a great warm-up for climbers. 🧗‍♂️

Activating the hips and core before you climb can help improve balance, control, and stability when you’re moving dynamically on the wall.

Simple, targeted strength work can make a big difference in how your body moves and feels.

If you’ve been dealing with hip, SI joint, or low back discomfort, we can help assess what’s going on and guide you with the right exercises.
