Elastic OSC Update #ipadsynth : DX7 Banks, 6‑Op FM, 4 LFOs, and Poly Filters
In this video, I revisit Elastic OSC by MoM Instruments (by Oliver Gretschke) and walks through the latest update. You’ll see how the app six‑operator FM engines now mports DX7 SysEx banks (and even generates new banks using a wenb site), adds four flexible LFOs with a clever mixing view, and introduces a per‑voice polyphonic filter.
-New FM options: three six‑operator FM engines inspired by the DX7, with SysEx bank import.
-DX7 bank generator: create a random DX7 “cartridge” online and load it directly.
-Four LFOs: shape, rate, visual feedback, and destination routing.
-Polyphonic filter: per‑note filter movement; up to 8‑voice polyphony depending on engine.
