In today's world, a career isn't a ladder.

It's a jungle gym.

There are so many different paths to take.

⁣And it is rare to see two people take the same one.

It's also rare to see a linear path with the advancement of growing industries.

⁣So the goal isn't necessarily to make it to the top of a clear destination.

⁣But to play in the way you find most fulfilling.

⁣However, this non-linear path can feel stressful at times.

⁣You're paving it yourself so you aren't always sure what's next.

⁣You may feel "behind" or feel like you don't have the career you are "supposed to."

⁣But check yourself, are you:

🍊Doing meaningful work

🍊Connecting with those around you
