At just 5 years and 337 days old, Phoenix Giselle Hicks from Houston, Texas (USA) has earned a Guinness World Records title for the youngest certified yoga instructor (female), verified on 22 June 2025.

Her incredible focus, calm energy, and passion for yoga prove that age is no limit when it comes to mindfulness and movement!
