Fulton County prosecutors have filed a motion to revoke the probation of rapper Young Thug (Jeffrey Williams), alleging that his actions threaten witnesses, prosecutors, and the integrity of legal proceedings.
The motion states, “Since sentencing, the Defendant has engaged in conduct that threatens the safety of witnesses and prosecutors, compromises ongoing legal proceedings, and warrants immediate revocation of probation.”
Williams was released in November 2024 after a plea deal in the YSL RICO case, with restrictions on visiting Atlanta and contacting known gang members. His legal team had recently sought to amend these terms for family visits.
This move follows the recent death of rapper Young Scooter (Kenneth Bailey), ruled accidental by authorities. While speculation has spread, no official details link Young Thug to the incident.
His attorneys have not yet responded. The court’s decision on the motion remains pending.
