It has been reported that the rapper Young Scotter has passed away today in Atlanta. Rumors were circulating that he may have been shot by police but the Atlanta Police Department held a press conference after the rumors started turning into several different stories. Officers say that they responded to a shooting and when they arrived to the scene two men fled and one being Young Scooter who had hopped over a couple of fences trying to get away and when they found him on the other side of the fence he had a open wound on his leg which needed immediate attention so they rushed him to the hospital where Police say he later died from his injuries.
