In this video, we’re painting slowly, using long, wet-in-wet brushstrokes and taking time to notice how the paint moves on the paper. We’ll slow the rhythm right down and experiment with powdered gold to create a calm, stress-free moment in the day.

This is a gentle, somatic watercolor practice, focusing on slow movement, rhythm, and how painting feels in the body. There is no pressure to create a perfect result — this session is about relaxation, calm, and enjoying the process.
