Try to repeat our Polish tongue twisters.

About fleas:

Szła pchła pchnęła pchłę i pchła płakała, że pchła pchłę popchała.
Szły pchły koło wody, pchła pchłę pchła do wody i ta pchła płakała, że ją tamta pchła popchała.
Szły pchły po linie. Pchła pchłę pchała, a pchła płakała, że pchła pchłę pchała.

Szła - (fem.) - was walking / iść - to walk
pchła - you already know this :)
pchnęła - (fem.) pushed / pchać - to push
płakała - (fem.) was crying / to cry
że - that
szły - they were walking
koło - near / next to (koło also means "a wheel")
woda - water
tamta - that (fem.) if you want to point someone
lina - a rope

Fleas were walking near water, one flea pushed another flea into water, and this flea was crying that (the first one) flea pushed her into water - wow...

Fleas were walking on the line, and you know the rest... :)
