This video tackles another part of Rule 8 ("Tell the truth - or, at least, don't lie") from Jordan B. Peterson's "12 Rules for Life: An Antidote to Chaos."
In this portion (don't even make it through a full section), Peterson makes the case for there being two types of language: truth and manipulation. Then we're told to be bold and truthful because of epigenetics. I contend nu-uh, with some science to back up why not.
We're also doing a test with this video: I've uploaded the f4v file instead of converting it to avi for upload. If it looks particularly different, that would be why. Hopefully it doesn't so I can save a processing step in the future.

Peterson quotes [redacted] to illustrate the nihilism [redacted] have, something he argues leads to their acts. He argues that everyone harbors these [redacted], but most dont act on them. Peterson asserts that needing to blame someone or something for bad things happening is inevitable (I counter this assertion). Tolstoy is brought up to support Petersons claim that the strong choice when faced with nihilism is to [redacted], but that Tolstoy wasnt pessimistic enough because [huge redacted] (citation needed). I recontextualize the Tolstoy thread in the [redacted].
