Lake Atitlan (Lago de Atitlán, in Spanish) is considered by many to be the most beautiful lake in the world. It is one of Guatemala's top tourist attractions, and a place I highly recommend if you are interested in nature, or learning about Guatemalan culture. I've now visited Lake Atitlan twice, and learned a lot about the region and the towns surrounding Lake Atitlan. So today I wanted to make a Travel Guide to Lake Atitlan, to help answer any questions you might have. Hope you enjoy.
