Hi everyone! This is not my best vid BUT that's okay because it is a fun little thing I made for Mitzi!!! because it's her birthday!!!! Happy birthday, Mitzi, I love you so much :D Thank you for being the greatest.
So... yeah, I remade my first ever(?) gift for you. just for funsies. I wanted to have this done by the time we met in July, but I was so busy preparing that I didn't have the opportunity to edit much xD so I decided to have it done for your birthday. This song aaalways reminds me of you, and those days back in 2016-ish when we were still discovering that we had so many ships in common, commenting on each other's vids all the time... I still remember my thought process when making the original video all those years ago, making sure I paid tribute to your FE husbandos and your main PKMN ships because we talked about them SO MUCH. (this time I tried to include all the ships you've told me about/we've bonded over! definitely couldn't fit all of them in though)
Getting to know you all those years ago was a pleasure, but every year since then we've gotten even closer, and now you're more than just a cool friend -- you're my sister. you are just as much of a sister to me as my blood sister. I adore you and I care about you and every moment I spend with you, even when we're talking about terrible things, is priceless.
I'm grateful to you for every joyful moment we share, for giving me the best feeling ever when I was finally able to hug you in person, for telling me shark facts and giving me editing tips and complaining about your job and gushing about our fandoms and rolling Genshin characters on stream with me. Thank you. no matter what's going on, and how we're feeling, I'm always happy and safe with you, & I hope I can make you feel the same way.
Life has put a lot of pressure on you, but you keep going. and it Really Sucks at some points!! but even then you still go and go and go. and I know sometimes it feels like there's no happy end in sight, like you're destined to be miserable and force a smile forever, but you stick it out anyway, waiting for the joyful moments to come back around. and I'm proud of you for that, dude. that takes strength. know that you never have to brave it alone, okay? I've always got your back.
