What does the future of energy in this country look like?

During a Campus Liberty Tour debate, we explored the question: "Are Electric Vehicles Good For the Planet?"

In this clip, Benji Backer, Founder and CEO of Nature Is Nonpartisan, argues that a drawback of electric vehicles is the amount of energy they need, and the steps we need to ensure reliable energy for everyone. He argues the states that have committed themselves to only renewable energy resources are struggling to keep up with energy demands.
