This guy has got to be the Most uneducated Cop I have ever encountered!
Tell the homeless they cannot occupy the end of the sidewalk, Then Parks a cart In that exact spot! His patrol car was blocking the side of the road so the homeless had to push their belongings around his car and he starts telling them to get out of the road. He then tells me that he’s sure im violating something. 😆 I wasn’t going to post this, but this is a level of stupidity that cannot go Unseen!
