this 2-tier chocolate mouse will knock everybody’s socks off ( and no, it doesn’t taste like tofu), here is the recipe for 5 people: serving, bone apple teeth 🌿

ganache: 300 ml vegan cream, 2 tbsps of brown sugar and 180 grams of dark chocolate

mousse: 300 grams of silken tofu, 50 grams of cocoa powder, 2 tbsps of ganache and 1 tbsp of lemon zest
