You don’t have to end up where you began. One of the problems with people telling others that they should “stay in their lane” is that it discourages growth and change. However, life gives us so many examples of people effectively making shifts, changes, and sometimes completely altering their direction. For example, my friend, Jeff Mueller, was an insurance defense attorney, and he’s now one of the best real estate agents that I know. He’s incredibly smart, strategic, and honest (even if it means costing him a commission). If he had followed the advice of sticking to what he knew, he would have made the (brave) leap into real estate. (This is, unfortunately, not a paid endorsement 😂) #lawyers #life
