Membership is open to the following professional categories: Actors; Theatre Directors; Stage Managers; Dancers; Designers – Costume, Set and Lighting; Theatre Makers; Theatre Practitioners and Stunt performers.
Irish Equity members elect their own Executive at the Irish Equity AGM to manage the affairs of the union and it operates as part of SIPTU
