In this video today, I'm partnering up with Kodansha to celebrate the 45th anniversary of their Weekly Young Magazine, known for Akira and Ghost in the Shell. With this anniversary comes an international challenge!
That being, the release of their magazine: Young Magazine US. Which features 20 different seinen series, 18 of which are brand new to the magazine, and most importantly, 16 of which are eligible for voting.
I say most importantly, because Kodansha is changing things up for the first time, and making YOU the judge.
By exclusively looking at readers from the U.S. to vote for their favorites, to see which series will continue serialization. Out of those 16, only 5 will continue. For the first time ever, YOU hold the future of these series in your hands.
