Whenever someone has had an idea to turn a carpark into a racetrack, before they get too far they are often reminded of the ill fated Caesar’s Palace course that was somehow put into F1. However, I believe it is possible to turn one of these cement flats into a proper racecourse for cars which suit the environment a bit better than Grand Prix machines…
