The Chilling Waterhead location in Kitakami within the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet games is a very broken location in the literal sense that you can easily clip out of bounds through multiple areas and go explore the world that way. I wanted to show you this as well, including new spots in the area you can use to escape the main map through. I even got a chance to shiny hunt within this splinted and broken state, and found a shiny Magikarp! This could be a fun challenge of sorts to get some potential impossible shiny pokemon if they spawn in a spot outside your reach.
