Beverly King, Supervisor of Registrations for the Montgomery County Board of Elections, spoke with a group at a voting education forum sponsored by the Greater Dayton Association of Black Journalists this past Saturday. King imparted that contrary to popular belief, felons are allowed to vote in Ohio, and have up to 30 days before the election to register.
