It takes a lot of your energy to be depressed, sad, to hold on to regrets, and a lot of FAITH....yes FAITH. Meaning, you BELIEVE you were capable of doing better, you BELIEVE you made mistakes, You BELIEVE that you damaged a whole lot. So why not take the same FAITH and put it into BELIEVING you can turn everything around. Put your energy and Faith into fixing whatever it is that is broken in life.
